RecruitBeacon is a recruiting workflow tool for athletes. You are responsible for the accuracy of profile content and for complying with all applicable recruiting communication rules.

Important: RecruitBeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any athletic conference or institution.

You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with all applicable NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and conference recruiting rules
• Ensuring your outreach communications comply with recruiting contact period restrictions
• Verifying that your use of this platform does not violate any amateurism or eligibility requirements
• Consulting with your high school coach, club coach, or compliance advisor regarding recruiting regulations

RecruitBeacon provides tools for communication but does not provide legal or compliance advice regarding NCAA or other athletic association rules.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and any connected third-party accounts. Do not share access credentials with unauthorized users.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can cancel from account controls or billing portal access. Pricing and limits are shown before checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, send unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with system integrity, availability, or security.
