What We Collect

We collect the account details you provide during signup, your outreach settings, selected schools, and activity needed to operate the product.

• Account profile info such as name, email, grad year, and position
• Recruiting workflow data such as saved schools, outreach records, and preferences
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (for subscriptions and account lifecycle)

How We Use Data

Data is used only to provide the RecruitBeacon service, including sending outreach, tracking workflow status, supporting billing, and improving reliability.

Third-Party Services

RecruitBeacon uses trusted providers such as Supabase (database), Render (hosting), Stripe (billing), and Google APIs (Gmail connection when enabled).

Retention & Control

You can cancel your subscription and request account deletion from account settings. Deletion removes account access and associated stored data needed for service operations.

Email Tracking

RecruitBeacon includes tracking features to help you monitor outreach effectiveness:

• Open tracking: Emails may contain a small transparent pixel image that loads when opened, recording the open event.
• Link tracking: Links to your film/highlight videos may be routed through our servers to record click events before redirecting to the destination.
• This tracking data is used solely to display engagement metrics in your dashboard and improve your recruiting workflow.
